Life changes constantly. Sometimes change can evoke emotions in us such as happiness, sadness, excitement and fear. Sometimes change can leave us unsure or unaware of how to handle it. When change occurs, and when transitions are difficult, I can help guide you or your child to find the skills necessary to assist you on your journey.
