Directions

From the East (Lockport)

  • Head west on W 9th St from Lockport. You’ll cross the Lockport 9th Street Bridge over the Des Plaines River.

  • Continue straight as W 9th St becomes Renwick Rd (IL-36). You’ll pass Lockport Fire Department.

  • Stay on Renwick Rd and pass Prairie Bluff Public Golf Club.

  • Turn left onto Borío Dr.

  • Turn right onto McGilvray Dr, then left into the drive for Crestlake Commons. The office is inside the complex at 16151 Weber Rd, Ste LL80.

From the North (Welco Corners)

  • Head south on S Joliet Rd from Welco Corners, continuing straight as the road curves and becomes N Independence Blvd.

  • Stay on N Independence Blvd. heading south; you will pass White Fence Farm Main Restaurant.

  • Continue south and turn right onto Renwick Rd and pass Lockport Township Fire District Station 6.

  • Turn left onto Borío Dr.

  • Turn right into the Crestlake Commons complex and follow the drive to 16151 Weber Rd Ste LL80 (Zoelife Psychiatric Services).

From the South (Joilet)

  • Head north on N Scott St and stay on it until you reach Ruby St.

  • Continue onto Ruby St heading west, crossing the Des Plaines River, and keep going as the road continues into the Black Rd stretch -you’ll pass Maracaibo Bite.

  • Stay on Black Rd west until you reach N Larkin Ave.

  • Go north on N Larkin Ave to US-30 / Lincoln Hwy, then follow US-30 toward Weber Rd. You’ll pass The Southern Cafe.

  • Get onto Weber Rd, then take a right on McGilvray Dr and a left into Crestlake Commons and follow the internal drive to 16151 Weber Rd Ste LL80, Crest Hill, IL 60403.
