Jenie Umana, LCSW
At times, we all face challenges and we need some extra help. I’ve been practicing psychotherapy for over 17 years. And it has been a privilege to be part of my client’s journey, whether it is to process and heal from trauma, overwhelming anxiety, depression, difficulties with everyday life, or to increase the connection of body and mind. I am a bilingual therapist who welcomes clients from all walks of life, ages, cultures, genders, and backgrounds.
I feel it is important to use a variety of techniques, methods, principles, and philosophies to create a plan that is specific to each individual, couple, or family.
I believe compassionate care creates meaningful changes. I hope to help you find your way through the path of personal growth and self awareness and higher life satisfaction.
I work with adults, adolescents, children and couples who find themselves experiencing difficulties that get in the way of leading balanced and fulfilled lives.
