I am a bilingual Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who received a Masters in Clinical Psychology from Argosy University and Bachelors in Psychology from Loyola University Chicago. I have over four years of clinical experience working with adults, adolescents, children, families and couples from diverse backgrounds in both, English and Spanish.

I have experience working with individuals who have struggled with a variety of mental health issues such as Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorders, Personality Disorders, Mood Disorders, Self-Injury Behaviors, Family & Marital Issues, Self-Esteem Issues, Grief & Loss, Intimate Partner Violence ( Perpetrators and victims) and Sexual Abuse. I specialized in Trauma and Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

I utilize a combination of therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Center Therapy, Play Therapy, Crisis Intervention, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy and Mindfulness Therapy Techniques. Also, I have been trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
