“One of the most valuable things we can do to heal one another, is to listen to each other’s stories.” -Rebecca Falls
Everyone has a story. It is through those shared stories that we can find empowerment. Recalling challenging times helps you to identify your own potential, resilience, and determination. My goal as a therapist is to develop an environment of mutual trust and respect to allow individuals who face challenges or difficult experiences in life to find solutions that will promote a lifestyle of emotional, mental, and social well-being. By establishing this therapeutic alliance, we can create and implement a mutual plan to achieve your goals. It is not an overnight process but a journey I am committed to.

“In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family. That time can be spent simply sitting in the backyard laughing at memories or on an out-of-town adventure. I believe life is a daily adventure and I love experiencing it with the people in my life.”
