“I believe that it takes immense courage to seek support and ask for help. As a clinician I strive to foster and utilize that courage to collaborate with, and empower my clients, to not only find solutions to current challenges, but also help prepare them to address future difficulties as they arise."

"My therapeutic approach is eclectic. I strive to utilize empirically based treatment approaches; namely, cognitive behavioral therapy, client centered therapy, and motivational interviewing. Equally, if not more importantly, I take great care to nurture a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship with all of my clients. I strive to create a comfortable and safe environment where clients feel they can be vulnerable, open, and honest without judgment. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process that focuses first and foremost on assisting the client to reach their therapeutic goals. Every treatment plan and approach is individualized and tailored to meet the needs of my clients."

"Clients describe me as having a witty, warm and empathetic demeanor. I practice a lot of active listening and reflection, but am also directive and goal oriented with my clients."

"In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, watching movies, listening to music, reading, being active, and crafting.”"
